TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees:

Organisations and individuals booking places on our workshops are requested to pay the fee within 28 days of the date of the invoice. All fees must be paid no later than 14 days before the workshop.

Cancellation by the Delegates / Refunds:

Notice given by the delegate (prior to course date)

Applicable fee / procedure

More than 28 days

Delegates may transfer to any other Marshall-James workshop equivalent in price or cheaper. There will be a balance to pay for a more expensive course.  For cancellations, a refund will be given minus an administration fee of £50 (plus VAT) per delegate. Refunds will be processed within 60 days.

Between 28 days and two weeks

Delegates may transfer free of charge to any other equivalent price or cheaper workshop (balance to pay for more expensive course) or receive a credit for a future workshop, to be used within 12 months. 

Between two weeks and day of workshop

No refund. No discounts. No transfers permitted.

Where a delegate transfers his/her booking to another workshop, the delegate will not be entitled to any refund where he/she cancels attendance at that other course. Only one transfer is permitted per workshop per delegate.

Alterations /Cancellations of Courses by Marshall-James:

For all bookings, liability of Marshall-James shall be limited to the fee actually paid to Marshall-James by the delegate. For this reason, delegates are encouraged to not book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any workshop date.

Registration Information:

Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. Marshall-James will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not in receipt of the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us on +44 (0)203 021 3970 or email on info@mjerl. com.

Late Payment:

Marshall-James reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc. Any payments not received at 14 days before the workshop date may result in the delegate being refused a place on the workshop.
