Employee Relations Training

We believe in knowledge transfer. Our range of workshops are designed to equip managers with the skills and competence to manage effectively in unionised and non-unionised workplaces. We also offer a unique workshop to train Employee Representatives in the skills and behaviours required to represent their colleagues and a workshop which brings together managers and employee representatives (union and/or non-union) to establish a productive way of working.
